Loaves & Fishes Loaves and Fishes, which was started by Trinity Episcopal Church, is a church community, shared meal ministry. Seniors, who are home bound, are provided a noon meal on Saturday. There are eight groups who rotate to provide these meals. Each group is responsible for planning the meal and providing the food. The whole community works together to provide meals on Saturdays around major holidays.
Meals are prepared at Project Concern, 504 Kansas Avenue, and delivered to shut-ins. Senior citizens who walk into Project Concern are also provided a meal. At present, there are 70+ meals being served each week.
