Memorial Garden & Cinerarium
The Garden was originally started by a parishioner as a means of helping to beautify the church grounds. Trinity's Memorial Garden has grown to become a place for sanctuary, contemplation, and fellowship. It is listed on the registry of Kansas Quiet Gardens. The Garden is also an important part of the historical legacy of the parish, and includes several memorials to past members. Visitors are welcome to stop by the parish any time to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the Garden.
Trinity Church maintains a cinerarium (a place for interring the ashes of the deceased) in the midst of the Memorial Garden. Interment in the cinerarium is open to both members and non-members of the parish, although there are certain guidelines that regulate the administration of the cinerarium (including the burial practices that can be observed).
